SUPPORT

• The hours of support are Monday-Friday between from 10.00am to 3.00pm (GMT+1).
• All support questions must be submitted via contact form.
• All support questions will be answered in around 8 business hours from the initial contact.
• We offer support to all customers that have purchased our products or services on www.nostress-sailing.com

REFUNDS

NoStress Sailing stands behind all of our products and services and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of our products. This we can guarantee. As much as we want to keep it hassle-free and simple for our customers we would very much like to assist you to resolve the issue prior to issuing a refund. Please contact us with your refund requests. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued 30 days after your purchase date.

EXCHANGE POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to purchase the correct product. We do not exchange due to the nature of our product and services, with one exception: If you realise you have purchased the incorrect product, and if you contact NoStress Sailing in less than 24 hours since the purchase moment, we can change the product or service for the desired one. 

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. NoStress Sailing, www.nostress-sailing.com and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

ACCOUNT/SERVICE/SUPPORT TERMINATION

We NoStress Sailing, www.nostress-sailing.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion. Reasons why an account can be terminated:

• Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
• A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behaviour, threats, abuse or spam)
• Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
• NoStress Sailing demands a high level of respect from our visitors and customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated.
• Upon termination of an account all support will be terminated.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to NoStress Sailing or to products you purchase through www.nostress-sailing.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the Czech Republic, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate NoStress Sailing intellectual property rights, NoStr ess Sailingmay seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the court in the the Czech Republic, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.. The Czech Republic Courts award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
